Young Theatre Makers - Year 7-9

Autumn Term:
EVERY THURSDAY* FROM 7 SEPTEMBER TO 23 NOVEMBER 2023

Designed to be a safe space of creative exploration for 11-13 year olds, children will build their confidence by learning new skills, making new friends and most importantly having fun.

*Please note there is no session on Thu 26 October

Young Theatre Makers is our weekly youth theatre for 4-19 year olds. YTM runs each week during term time, with all groups meeting on a Sunday with the exception of Years 7-9 which will take place on a Thursday. Our sessions are energetic, challenging, educational and fun! We will explore and develop a wide range of theatre skills, which may include:
Movement
Clowning
Storytelling
Voice and communication
Trust and team-building
The aims of our workshops are to: Inspire young people to engage in theatre and the arts.
Enable young people to explore their creativity and imagination, build confidence, have fun and make new friends.
