All attending adults must purchase a ticket.

Child tickets are for children aged 4+. Children younger may attend, but may not hold the animals.

No type of abuse will be tolerated towards any of the animals. No poking, hitting, squeezing etc. Animals will be removed and you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given. You MUST listen to your reptile expert at all times. Do NOT touch the heads of the snakes. Some animals may not be available to hold when you arrive as they may be having a break. We apologise for any inconvenience.
