This is a ‘not-to-be-missed’ date for your diary…be sure to join us for a fabulous time at the best local flower show for miles around!
The grand floral marquee will be filled with gorgeous blooms, fabulous displays of locally grown vegetables, delicious homemade cakes and sweet delights - proudly displayed for all to admire… but also hoping to catch the eye of the judge to win a silver cup, a coveted red winners card or perhaps a rosette…

So what's new this year?

We would love as many of you as possible to show off your talents.. so this year all entries to the competition classes are FREE…!
Enter as many prized flowers, vegetables, baking, arts & crafts as you wish. All you have to do is submit an Entry Form in advance so that we know how many entries to expect.

We've also made changes in the schedule with some new categories, including best 'Wonky veg' (nothing rude, please!). For school entries there’s a Coronation theme which involves building a model throne.

And all the old favourites too!

Brass and wind bands, a fabulous cheerleaders' display, Punch & Judy, Morris Men, the ever popular alpacas, and the equally popular cream teas (or coffee if you prefer). And lots more fun and interest in the wide range of fantastic trade stalls.
Please note that dogs on leads are welcome at the show.
Let's hope it's a beautifully sunny day as we enjoyed last year.
